Minute Cash Pickup Service

  1. Find a location near you.
  2. Fill out the ‘Send Money’ section of the form and choose ‘Cash Pickup’ and ‘Money Transfer in Minutes.
  3. Hand the completed form to the agent, along with the required funds (including the transaction fee) in cash.
  4. Keep your receipt and share the tracking number (MTCN) with your recipient so they can collect the money

Sending money to a bank account    

  1. Find a location near you.
  2. Fill out the ‘Send Money’ section of the form and provide your beneficiary’s bank details. Check what information you need to include.
  3. Hand the completed form to the agent, along with the required funds (including the transaction fee) in cash.
  4. Keep the receipt with your tracking number (MTCN).
  5. The money will be deposited into your beneficiary’s bank account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the country. Check the processing times by country.

To a mobile

  1. Check which countries and mobile networks are supported    .
  2. Find a nearby agent location offering this service.
  3. Complete the Send Money section of the form and select Deposit to Mobile Wallet. Enter your recipient’s mobile number.
  4. Submit the completed form to the agent along with the required funds (including transaction fees).
  5. Keep your receipt with the tracking number (MTCN).
